"I am pleased to be signed up and daily doing what’s instructed"

I was a fit young person with a strict regime of exercise including weight training. Over the years, marriage, kids, divorce, injuries, surgeries, have taken a toll on my body. I’ve been a mindful eater, lots of vegetables and good food, but have an addiction to sugar so when stress hits, if I’m not on an active program, I am eating too much sugar. I was also an excellent baker so baked goods were always homemade fresh, and readily available. I was quite stressed about committing to Longevity Blueprint and nervous to begin.

Having done so, I am pleased to be signed up and daily doing what’s instructed. I’m also grateful for the phased approach. I have limitations with overall weakness but I know my body holds muscle memory of my previous fitness and responds quickly so I’m in! I’ve done the assessment and burpees are a challenge but Ihave faith that every day will strengthen me and I’ll ‘get there’!
