Flat tummy, small waist and broad shoulders. My tush is high and firm from years of dancing and despite the loss of musculature, my body looks perfect.
But it’s not: two years of no workouts made my arms and legs in deep need of toning. Besides, my strength and balance are dwindling away. This is just the start of my story. Thank goodness, I respond superhumanly fast to good Excercise, care and food. I can’t wait to see what happens when I follow the program
