"I am pleased with my performance over the period, my body stature has improved and definitely my mobility/agility"

I have now completed the Longevity Quest and have begun the rest of my life - a huge thank you to Ben and Vishen and his team for helping me propel myself forwards.
I am 57 and technically I am Obese but since the beginning of the quest I have lost 5 kg, tightened my belt 5 cm,
my Blood Sugar is 5.7,
Blood Pressure 114/84 at 57 bpm - my resting heart rate is down to mid 50s,
Fitness Test: 19/10/20 , 28/11/20
Push Ups 38 , 40 Squats 37 , 42 Plank 2 Mins , 3 Mins Burpees 13 , 13
 But I think I need to improve technique here too Tabata 1 2/11/20 , 1/12/20 Push Ups 14 14 13 11 , 17 17 16 14 Squats 14 14 14 13 , 16 16 16 16 Tabata 2 4/11/20 , 25/11/20 Kettle Bell 14 14 14 14 , 15 17 16 17 Burpees 6 5 5 6 , 6 5 5 5

Burpees Need Work on the technique Yoga still a struggle with the breathing Core and Foam rolling working well I can use the Gym from tomorrow for Super Slow as I struggled at home with this HIIT Bike similarly Gym is now open rather than the fixed bike in the park - very bad ergonomics! I am pleased with my performance over the period, my body stature has improved and definitely my mobility/agility.
Thank You again Ben and Vishen

"Looking forward to the challenge and a new renewable beginning"

I decided to enroll in this program after recovering from a spine injury. I wanted to insure I could work in a safe and measured way and not be spending 2 hours a day in the gym. The longevity part of this was intriguing considering I am probably on the older end of your group. Eating health...
