Before this programme, I was often feeling tired and lacking energy and confused as to why this was or how it comes to be. 

Thanks to this programme, I've learned more about how to gain higher energy levels and increase my libido and this is really down to your mitochondrial density which can only increase with exercise (particularly through high-intensity workouts). 

And now I sleep better, am stronger as proven by the fitness test, have lost nearly 4kg in weight and a drop of nearly 10% in fat mass since the start of the quest which is rather amazing really! (see the pic uploaded) I did the DEXA scan in London which was really telling and extremely motivating. This led me to think much more carefully about my diet and calorie intake. Through calorie tracking, I found I was consuming far too much food without realising (3-4kcal a day). 
Now I've cut this down to a daily average of 2200 and it really is quite manageable. 

This quest has been a real wake-up and first and foremost has helped me establish a workout routine that includes daily, weekly and periodic exercises which ensure variety so you don't get bored. Tremendous really.
