Before this quest, I was quite nostalgic for my condition I used to have. As a mom of five children and entrepeneur, I didn't give myself the time and care I need. Then, I decided to make myself a Christmas present, with Ben's quest and it changed my life completely. Not just having the power to run the business in the busiest time of the year, but to be a happy powerful mom! I became completely present again playing and teaching my 6 years old Maxi. He joined even my hot-cold showers and learned discipline and routine. This program pulled me out of my comfort zone and gave me years of youth back. Even when I lost my daily routine, I still remained with a healthy, powerful condition and the resilience I gained, allowed me to jump back! It is a holistic program for everyone!
