In September, I discovered Ben Greenfield in Mindvalley's newsletters. His Masterclass really made me want to follow his program. Until now, I had never followed a fitness program and I found it difficult to be regular in the physical maintenance routines that I put in place (yoga, abs, squats). 

It was my birthday and I wanted to invest in myself. When I decided to register, I chose the All-access in order to benefit from other available programs and to develop the best version of myself. I took advantage of the lockdown to benefit from the programs I had signed up for. 

I learned a lot during these 49 days. I had very little scientific knowledge at the start and Ben was able to clearly explain the interest of each family of exercises as well as each routine. His videos are very easy to follow, the rythm is perfect and the exercises don't take a lot of time. It really makes us gradually adopt the new routines so that the days are not suddenly overloaded. The program offers the possibility of adjusting its rythm by adding or removing certain exercises according to our availability, which allows everyone to be able to follow it at their own pace. 
I really enjoyed taking the fitness tests and comparing the results of the first day with those of the 49th day: it's amazing! They have almost doubled! In addition to a visibly firmer body (I took photos every week to follow the progress), I benefited from greater energy, especially thanks to the daily fasted cold/hot shower and walk. 

This program is life-changing and I am convinced that it increases longevity, beauty and health. I also really enjoyed sharing in the community every day. It helped me stay motivated to feel encouraged and to encourage in return. 49 days, it seems long at the beginning, but it passes very quickly and above all, it is the time necessary to accustom body and mind to these new routines in order to maintain consistency and motivation. 

I highly recommend this program to anyone who wants to tone its body at any age while respecting it and without spending hours on it!
