I have always been "fittish" but aware things have slipped in recent years.
Pleased with my initial test results given I'm in the over-60 bracket.
I'm familiar with push-ups & squats but the plank & burpees are new to me. So, I used my knees with the plank & the burpees were level 1, though I could probably move up a couple of levels. I know aspects of this course are going to be challenging but that's the point.
As you state, I am the primary metric for my progress. What I'm hoping to achieve is not only short-term gains in fitness but habits that will build a long & healthy future.
