"I’ve learned so much more in-depth knowledge"
My goal was to release weight, tone up and increase my cardio fitness. I can say I’ve definitely leaned and toned up thanks to my daily ritual of intermittently fasted walks.
I’ve been doing contrast showers for a few weeks now and I must say I can handle the cold way better than when I started. I actually look forward to it and when I step out of the shower I have renewed vigor to start my day.
I can see where I’ve got some improving to do after the fitness test ranging above.
My highlight has been up getting up before sunrise and having that quiet peaceful time to connect with nature and my soul.... and the contrast showers. What a difference it makes. Invigorated and alive!!!
I love the variety of tools I now have for a full effective minimum dose exercise regime and I no longer have to second guess if I’m doing the right thing. I’ve learned so much more in-depth knowledge and I’m delighted this quest has given me the tools for a life of health and vitality.
