The reason I enrolled in this Quest was to learn more about how to exercise effectively and efficient so that my body is getting the most out of my effort What I was hoping to achieve greater strength and fitness through this program and it has done exactly that! I feel healthier, I have more energy and I have confidence that I am doing the best things for my wellbeing and longevity!

The course has a good pace and makes it easy for you to write out the exercises and come up with a plan that fits your needs and schedule since there is lots of flexibility.

My top 3 takeaways or insights after finishing this Quest are the value of fasted walking, how much contrast showers can trim down your waste and how simple it is to take control of my physical fitness.
The biggest positive changes I've noticed are the ability to stick to my plan and not getting bored, plus know how to switch things about if my body is telling me it wants more intensity or it needs an easier day! This quest really help me to change my physical habits and make exercise a priority!
