I’ve changed my diet tremendously and learned more recovery techniques along the way. I’m also a PE teacher and I’ve been able to incorporate many fitness variables into my class curriculum. I’ve seen my classes get into better shape and learn to appreciate physical fitness more. Kids these days do NOT want to run, and I’ve been able use different ways to help them condition. Thanks for your advice and guidance!
