"I have managed to create a new habit, the habit of performing exercises everyday"

I am very very happy I have followed and performed on a daily basis of this program. 

I consider myself not an athlete but a quiet well-maintained person from a fitness point of view. Unfortunately, I had a pretty big accident and I will not be able to keep my symmetry for the rest of my life but I can always improve it with exercises and workouts done periodically. Anyway, I am not worried about it. 

The three best aspects for me of this program, the three main benefits I am taking are: 

1) I have managed to create a new habit, the habit of performing exercises everyday. For example, I am doing my morning walks every day and i love it, it makes my day to start in a really active way. The same with other exercises that now are part of my daily basis.
2) I have learnt plenty of new exercises and workouts that I never saw before, and I can do them at home, travelling, even in the house of my mother in law :) That gives you great flexibility, in order to not be always thinking about the gym or going outside home. The combination of these exercises really keeps me active and happy. 
3) I have learnt to create my own weekly schedule, my own Workout Program and I am doing it now for the rest of my life. It takes a reasonable period of time daily, that there is no excuse not to perform the exercises on it. 

To finalize, I want to thank Ben for the program, Mindvalley for the great system they have put together and the Tribe of the Quest for being there during these 49 days. All the best!! and of course, i want more!!
