The Longevity Blueprint

"I have made a lot of progress in transforming my body, my mind, and my health"

It felt a little weird today to not be told what to do — walks, workouts, showers… I think I will take a little time off now to let my body recover and to celebrate my anniversary (tomorrow!) and Thanksgiving, but then I want to hop back on the bandwagon and start it all up again.
I have made a lot of progress in transforming my body, my mind, and my health, but I’m still less than halfway to where I want to get to for my permanent state of fitness, beauty, health, and longevity.
I would like to just take this opportunity to honor the teachers (Ben) and coaches and ambassadors who have been with us every step of the way!
And I am very grateful for all the other participants who have given this endeavor they're all and helped to create a loving, harmonious, and inspiring cohort.
And a special thank you to my wife who has done much of the program right alongside me, and who has had everything to do with my healthy eating for the last 49 days (and decades before that)!
Blessings to each and every one of you! ?
