"Looking forward to the challenge and a new renewable beginning"

I decided to enroll in this program after recovering from a spine injury. I wanted to ensure I could work in a safe and measured way and not be spending 2 hours a day in the gym.
The longevity part of this was intriguing considering I am probably on the older end of your group. Eating healthy has been a part of my life but I will admit I like my dark chocolate and an occasional glass of red wine.
Looking forward to the challenge and a new renewable beginning.
