Let's face it, our frequencies are being assaulted daily like never before.
Previously, I strategically took the Mystic Brain class with Dawson church that included the 'tapping' which has become a start and closing ritual for my meditations in order to match my intentions for exponential growth.
Then came the (new) 6 Phase Meditation program. I thought...perfect! The act of combining passive, and active approaches in my growth as a reflective type of person; it has boosted my intentions forward and yes, the manifestations, the intuitions, the guidance, the insights, the creativity, have all picked up in quality as I can relate... knowing (and enjoying) the difference between happiness, and pleasure.
To be brief, I am increasingly connecting with this (what feels like) a treasure of immense, rather infinite realm of possibilities available through my heart...and to see it manifest in my daily experience, is a great blessing of a gift knowing the global realities facing humankind currently.
The Mindvalley courses have been superbly life changing to me, and I am so grateful to be able to wake up with a smile knowing that there is, and will always be a better tomorrow.
