I am a Canadian in Thailand now, seeing my new life path.
For years, or even decades I have been searching for an answer of some kind of 'fix' of me.
This is the core of my problem I think.
Assuming that there is something 'broken' in me or who I am.
I just need to change the core assumption that there is always something wrong with me that needs fixing or that could be better.
It's a bit of a vicious circle.
But this meditation combines the energy of positivity with the visioning work I need to do every day to make my dreams happen.
I'm excited to find a practice that works, and I want to keep expanding my quest.
