How the 6 Phase Meditation Helped Me Reclaim Clarity, Energy, and Impact
Before this program
I have always been disciplined when it comes to protecting my health. Movement, mindfulness, and self-care were once non-negotiables in my life. However, over the past few years, as personal and professional responsibilities grew, something slowly shifted. Long workdays, an even longer commute, and the constant demand to be “on” left me overwhelmed and deeply exhausted by the end of each day.
The fatigue was not just physical. It showed up as drained energy, a lack of self-motivation to move my body, and an endless stream of mental chatter that left me emotionally and mentally depleted. Even my surroundings felt different. The people and environments that once inspired me no longer gave me the spark or push to excel and feel driven. I was functioning, but not truly thriving.
Then one day, I came across a photograph of myself from ten years ago. I saw a version of me who was physically active and alive. I was immersed in HIIT, Zumba, and Strength workout later going on to enroll in a 200-hour Yoga Teacher Training in India, a dream that was put on hold due to the pandemic. That image was a moment of truth. It reminded me of who I was when I felt aligned, energized, and in my flow. It reignited a quiet but powerful intention to return to the space where I truly bloom.
Almost serendipitously, around that same time, I came across an ad from Mindvalley. The timing felt too precise to ignore.

I started with the short 6 Phase Meditation available on YouTube. That single session was enough to awaken my curiosity and open the door to something deeper. Wanting to understand more, I enrolled in the full program and quickly realized this was far more profound than I had imagined.

This perspective shifted my mindset toward reflecting on how far I have already come, rather than fixating on what is still missing. It helped me realize that the leap to the next level is often easier and more rewarding than we imagine. I also noticed that when I visualize my perfect day during the practice, it tends to unfold just as I envisioned it. The 6 Phase Meditation has become a mental and emotional muscle that I am proudly strengthening every single day.
And now my life is
Today, I experience a sense of inner order where there was once noise. My energy feels more intentional, my mind calmer, and my emotional responses more grounded. The mental chatter has softened, replaced by clarity, gratitude, and presence. I am reconnecting with my body and my purpose in a way that feels sustainable, not forced.
What has been especially meaningful is how this practice has extended beyond me. I have facilitated the 6 Phase Meditation in my workplace, and the response has been incredibly uplifting. Colleagues often ask for more sessions, whether to start the day grounded and focused, or to close the day feeling complete and ready for what comes next. Seeing others benefit from this practice has reinforced its impact and deepened my own commitment to it.
The 6 Phase Meditation has not just given me a tool. It has given me a renewed way of being, a way to lead my life with intention, gratitude, and calm confidence. Most importantly, it has guided me back to myself.
