I love that Vishen has taken an elevated approach with meditation with the 6 phase. Today my life is about staying connected to my higher self 24 /7 as much as the universe will have me. I live in an overflow of Joy, abundance, and bliss. 
Thanks to my investment in Mindvalley, I often wonder how much more would I have grown if I started my quests in Mindvalley sooner, but I know I am right where I need to be at this time in my life.
