Now before I came across the 6 Phase Meditation I had a difficult time settling into meditation unless I was in a class, I even had a difficult time getting into that quiet space as it would make me feel uncomfortable (Building a Business and single mom living alone in a pandemic).
This was strange for me as I am used to meditation. On the other hand, this practice also got boring for me and felt like a burden, but knowing full well I wanted to strengthen my meditation practices as I know the benefits it offers.
Since I have started and completed the quest I am in LOVE with meditation again. I love the way it is structured and it is so effective that I have decided to meditate 2-3 times per day.
The reason for this is I can get in a bad mood during the day especially since I am working mostly from home and I am home with my 2.5 year old daughter because of the pandemic. I am also a new entrepreneur (Coach) and a lot of effort and focus goes into that.
If I am having a bad moment I simply refer back to specific aspects of the meditation to raise my energy and vibration again and it works like a charm every time.
