Hi, before joining MindValley and doing this quest, I was in a stagnant place in my life journey. Traditional therapy was no longer helping me. I need something different, something new. The 6 Phase Meditation ended up being that change. 
 Now, every day starts and ends with meditation. I am learning how to forgive and ask for forgiveness. I connect to my inner self more and try to stay in the present. I have started learning self love and gratefulness for all my blessing. 
 What a great gift for myself.
