Before beginning my quest with THE 6 PHASE MEDITATION, I was practicing meditation, but not to my full potential.
I was not incorporating a visualization technique. Thanks to Vishen, my life has improved immensely! I believe I am where I am today because of this amazing opportunity to learn this!
