Just completed my 6 phase mediation quest. I have been keen on meditating for around 15 years and have use almost all the apps and programs in the market and must say that Mindvalley’s 6 phase meditation method is the best. 
I had my best productive days right after completing this small program. I am much more calm and relaxed. My productivity has gone up and I feel great.
