Before I started this program, it was very difficult for me to forgive. I was carrying a lot of negative baggage. I was hesitant to do this program at first because of the forgiveness part but after giving it a chance I felt that I freed myself from unnecessary emotions and from thoughts that were not serving me and were weighing me down. Now, the forgiveness part is one of my favorite phases. I am installing the 6 Phase Meditation habit into my 5 am routine. It's totally a game-changer! It made me love myself more.
