Before this program it was not easy to integrate all the areas I was focused on, compassion, forgiveness, abundance etc ... During the training, I learned the order of aligning all that I was doing separately. Since the 6 phase meditation, I have a lot more faith that the universe has my back whether I'm having growth periods that can be challenging or feeling the joy of my growth. Thank you so much. The world seems so much more hopeful now.
