"I love that it has beginner, intermediate and advanced options"

Wow! What a great quest! Everyone should start with this quest as it will enhance all others. I love that it has beginner, intermediate and advanced options as sometimes it is hard to go all in with some of these hacks and the steps give options to start off with and as they pay off you progress to the next level. I know it has truly worked when I am able to attend one of the 5 day programs at 40 years of zen. Onward!
