"Anyone new to biohacking or veterans looking for simplicity, this is the quest for you!"

Before I jumped into this quest, I was already a big fan of Dave. However, let me be clear that the world of bio hacking was 10% easy and 90% complex back in 2019.
So jumping into Smarter not Harder, was being up the question: Will this 90:10 ratio remain?
Answer: No. Dave has really simplified his work, content and message to be 90% simplicity and 10% complexity πŸ’ͺ🏼πŸ”₯πŸŽ‰
So that being said, I loved this 12 day quest and really found some new insights and easier routines to get max results in simple steps.
So anyone new to biohacking or veterans looking for simplicity, this is the quest for you!
