"Enjoyed this as it was succinct and to the point"

I had taken Ben Greenfield Longevity (love) much of this dovetails with that. Enjoyed this as it was succinct and to the point. Didn’t like his self-marketing but it didn’t turn me off either. Happy for him and he wants to share it.
I’m going to take another run at the daily cold shower and extend my morning fast. Trying the charcoal and getting a Viome whole body test (yes I did Jain’s quest in entrepreneurship last year).
I love the Binaural track a lot and will implement that in addition the Mindvalley meditation sounds saved- can this one be added to that section of the online platform?
