Before this program I didn't have a clear notion about how to achieve my next December goal:
 I want to skydive in better physical condition than last December, and repeat the deed every year! 
I a word, I didn't know structured biohacking existed.
After following Dave's beautifully crafted and effective program I know exactly what to do in each important area of my life to grow strong and healthy every day.
 He teaches activities for beginners, intermediate and advanced students. This means that I will be coming back to this program as I integrate my practices and advance in my daily path of remaining healthy every day of my life.
