"I added some of the supplements mentioned by Dave and started to pay attention to the food that made me feel bad"

I've always been interested in biohacking and Dave is the best guy to learn from.
I already knew some of the things but Dave really blew my mind with others.
Before the quest, I felt sluggish and drained all the time. Just after the first module (Hack your energy levels and metabolism), I felt great improvement. I added some of the supplements mentioned by Dave and started to pay attention to the food that made me feel bad.
That alone helped me a lot.
Now I plan to apply some other of his advice and techniques about physical performance or sleep.
