An amazing quest! It’s super exciting to be able to learn directly from Dave Asprey, the man who actually invented Biohacking.
The way Dave teaches is engaging and funny, with all the little jokes here and there. His calm confidence eases you into this exciting world. He brings subjects to the essence and at the same time. makes it practical. Along the way he almost casually connects the dots from his various biohacking techniques. Our mind and body are interconnected, so the hacks are as well.
It’s awesome that Dave offers many different ways to biohack a certain area, from simple and cheap to using high-tech AI equipment and everything in between. Going through the whole quest is a cool way to learn many new things and decide which ones to implement immediately and which ones to come back for and use at a later moment. I’ll read the book as well. 
I implemented some of the hacks and they do make a difference! Every lesson has so many gems in it, this quest has to be repeated.
