I was already a certified trainer and a coach for years before enrolling in this quest. The reason for doing so was because I find the classical certification programs for trainers just don't do it anymore. I wanted to find something that actually focuses on the inner part of the human as well- not just the physical aspect.
Vishen was kind enough to invite me to take part in the first HoloBody quest and I agreed. At first I was a bit hesitant about finding time to do all the classes and lessons, but the structure was great for people with crazy lives as well!
This quest gave me great tools to use on myself, my loved ones and on my clients. It inspired me to make some changes in my teachings as finally move more towards the mind-body-soul concept as a trainer.
