I started this program with a no. of medical disorders, namely dyspepsia, acute gastritis, IBS, and eczema. I was fighting body inflammation & weight gain. I hadn't exercised for almost a year with subsequent ankle ligament & shoulder tendon injuries. And to top it off I was going through a divorce and recently got back to my career after a marriage break. I didn't know which fire to put out first.
One day I realized if I'm healthy, other things will start falling into place. So I joined the Holobody Coaching certification course. This program has given me all the tools necessary to get to a fit shape, understand the underlying cause of all the medical disorders, reconnect with my body, and most important; maintain this healthy state & go further.
Unlike other fitness programs, we started working with our beliefs & habits first before diving into body talks, exercise, nutrition & meditation. This has been one of a kind journey. Now I can add spices to my food, know exactly what to avoid & at street food once in a while.
Every time I fit into a dress I bought last year, climb the stairs for several floors without running out of breath, or do pushups without any pain in my shoulder, that puts a big smile on my face. I'm happy & I want to bring this happiness to others too.
