This journey has been incredible. Enriching. Challenging. Way more than I perceived it would be. I’m proud and blown away. As always, the content was greater than I expected. I enrolled in this quest to improve my relationship to my physical body. I’m moving on with so much more. I’m excited to wake up and be with me every single day; which is quite a shift. I can’t wait to share this all with the world.
