I entered HoloBody Coaching as a practicing Peak Performance coach wanting to add a holistic approach to my program. Over the months I began to transform as a deeper art of coaching blended with the science of coaching that I had used for years. Mid-way through the program I suffered breakthrough COVID, was hospitalized for weeks and almost died. The program helped support my healing journey and still does. Now I have re-focused my practice to bring the same healing to other COVID survivors.
