The reason I enrolled was about improving my knowledge and tools regarding health and fitness especially in direction of mental health as I see a lot of needs here in the business world I am experiencing.
It turned out that I focussed on my own sleeping quality during this time and beyond, being much more knowledgeable and conscious about the influencing factors, especially in this area. The material provided is very comprehensive and one needs to focus strictly or could easily be overwhelmed by the mass of information. The live calls and "pods" - practice & sharing sessions - are great, which I tried not to miss. (You could watch the recordings, however, it is not the same.)
