Before this coaching program, I was a good life coach, though not excelling in my life vision of my body. I felt that I was a kind of a fake because I was not feeling I was healthy and capable to live a fully healthy and adventurous life that I propose to my clients.
Thanks to this program I now talk, feel and understand my body. I have a relationship with him and that its just short of amazing.
My life now is a dance of two, my self and my body. My mind speaks of wonderful possibilities and my body is physically apt and ready to perform.
And above all, I finally get to rest!! I stopped with the abusive dialogue in my head (chatter) I'm happy to say I'm in peace and grateful for all my body is, and allows me to be and do.
