I also had the desire to achieve the level of strength and flexibility I had prior to my injury in March 2020 (right at the beginning of COVID). At that time, at 62 years of age, I was probably in the best shape of my life. So, as I progressed through the Holobody program, I felt like I wanted to "up my game" in the strength training area. So, I did that. Everything seemed to be going well; but then after a session where I was trying to go a little bit deeper in my lunges, squats, etc., I injured my knee. I went to see an Osteopath about my various injuries, and he recommended I not do the activities I was currently doing which involved deep or extreme hip movements (i.e., strength training with lunges, squats, etc.; yoga; Pure Barre; and my personal favorite, Latin dancing).
