Joined to up level my knowledge and find accountability to add strength training into my life. Got so much more. Flows well with Wildfit, with just a few differences. (fermentation, fruit on an empty stomach, and Holobody a bit more liberal with including some food categories that I no longer consider food). Grateful the universe guided me to take this certification. Looking forward to 10X Certification next.
