I have a background in forensic psychology and as a licensed counselor and certified addictions counselor. I have my own coaching company called Inbeing. We partner with women toward their own self-actualization. I am also a consultant with Transforming Communication. We provide group and individual coaching to executive and management teams and help them work better in dialogue together. I am a Mindvalley Certified Life Coach and recently completed the Mindvalley Certified Holobody Coach program. The certifications I have completed through Mindvalley have taken my coaching foundation to the next level, as I can now confidently incorporate holistic wellness as a part of my coaching repertoire.
