Before this program, I knew a lot about health, fitness, and the mind-body connection, but my knowledge was rather dispersed and disconnected as I acquired it by reading books, watching videos, and conversing with like-minded friends over the years.
HoloBody allowed me to cement that knowledge, to put it all into a cohesive whole. And most importantly, to put it into practice.
The program arrived in my life at the right moment; it aligned synchronically with the culmination of a process of health transformation I was already going through, and gave me the confidence to take my journey a step further and use my knowledge to help others change their lives.
The biggest positive changes I experienced during the program were the development of my body awareness as a key tool for overall health and fitness, the importance of implementing morning and evening routines, and, most crucially, it allowed me to connect the dots between the different aspects of physical, mental, and spiritual health.
I'm sharing below two photos that show how much I've progressed this year, in large part thanks to HoloBody.
The first photo is from October 2016, when I was 42 years old. The second photo is from October 2023, at my 49 years of age... one year short of half a century! :)
And the bigger transformation within doesn't show in the pictures but is much, much more important...
