When I started I hoped to boost my coaching business and finally lose weight myself. I've been trying to get slimmer for years and I still haven't succeeded, this program looks beyond just the food and that seemed sensible to me. I believe in the quality of Mindvalley and had more time for a while so chose to make this investment. I found it quite difficult to do the coaching calls because they are at an inconvenient time - dinner time in my timezone. I liked that the program started with small steps and 0-effort changes that turned out to be effective such as going to bed earlier, walking more, and rearranging the kitchen. I am confirmed in what I already did well. I have learned about coaching boundaries and making clearer agreements in advance.
The elimination diet I did not do the part because of travel abroad, but I plan to do it in February.
I've gotten stronger according to the measurements in the gym, I've started eating less meat and meditating, and go for a walk more often.
I would say to myself- do the elimination diet. I look forward to continuing to build these habits and helping others with them as well.
