Before this program, I lacked purpose for my day. From what I learned through the certification I am able to have a healthier relationship with my body. I am able to start and end my day with routines that benefit my body and my mind. I merely thought I was living a healthy life till I was able to learn from the information taught in this program that I’m able to apply daily to help myself and others. I’m so thankful and grateful to have done this.
