Before this program, I had the idea that health was just good nutrition, frequent movement, and good sleep. Little did I know that these are just 3 out of the 7 human needs. Thanks to this program I learned that the synergy between my body and mind is as important as all the 'actions' you can take to achieve and maintain good health.
