Before this program I had just finished working for about 2 years, on the road, 7 days a week. My wife and I (who also completed this program) were living out of hotels, traveling constantly and our nutrition was horrible. The work environment was toxic and hostile. Thanks to this program I have been able to get a huge education on listening to my body and how to really properly eat.
