Before this program I had just finished working for about 2 years, on the road, 7 days a week. My wife and I (who also completed this program) were living out of hotels, traveling constantly and our nutrition was horrible. The work environment was toxic and hostile. Thanks to this program I have been able to get a huge education on listening to my body and how to really properly eat. Now my life has gotten back on track with proper education, key word proper, on nutrition, exercise and how to listen to your body. Thank you!
