While completing The Silva Method Quest and involving my family, I needed more. I am a holistic Healer, but something was missing, a binder to it all and maybe the legitimation of the title I was still reluctant to use and admit to others: Holistic Healer.
Holobody, although not covering everything I already did gave me that at first, a drive. Each month I took myself deeper in the program, but also it was a motivator to work and deepen my knowledge on my own, researching and applying all I was learning to myself and my family, namely my partner.
The energy, positive halo and the extensive knowledge that Coach Ronan was guiding that process and his voice started being part of day, I will miss that. Coach Ajit pack of information gave me the courage to call myself a coach and even a mentor. Coach Fran made this journey so cozy and happy!
One amazing breakthrough for me though was while applying some tools given by Ronan, I was able to finally have a deep sleep every night, and that has changed my life!

I embarked into the program confused and I am walking out with so many projects, newly made friends and plans for 2023! Oddly, I find myself excited to belong to a community whereas I have been reluctant to be part of any in the past.
