Before the program, I already practiced coaching but on a different field (business). So fundamentals for coaching were known to me but I have always been interested in health, nutrition, mindset, meditation, yoga and working on the body's flexibility, strength and mobility.
I have read a lot about it but Holobody program helped me to put all of it together in a structured way. I am so thankful to this.
I loved the extra curriculum material as well as the curriculum. It went into great depth.
