After being trapped in cycles of illness and unwellness following two major surgeries (and one documented Out of Body Experience) between 2012 and 2014, the Mindvalley Holobody experience provided me with a system and structure to finally witness a significant improvement in my energy levels and a dramatic shift in my mindset. Moreover, it enabled me to break free from those cycles and embark on a healing journey.
This experience gave me the necessary steps to heal myself and discover a passion for what I had been doing for years - assisting others on their own journeys, not just within my field of marketing but also in helping others identify changes required in their lives and work towards becoming better versions of themselves.
And the highlight of the programme? Meeting a tribe, a community of other people who have been through their own challenges and are becoming healers in their own lives.
A shining example that hurt people can in fact, heal people.
