All my life I have had an interest in health & fitness and have approached it incorrectly until now! I finally feel I have a viable solution that integrates the mind, body, and soul to reach success. I knew it was going to wasn't going to be easy (like flipping a switch) but I felt hope and encouraged. I joined Holobody as the program resonated with me as a way to work on goals from the inside out versus the outside in (which never worked for me). I have had many challenges in staying current with holobody as it was happening in real-time. My sister (only 60 years old) un-expectantly died, due to financial problems I started 2 part-time jobs, working 70+ hours a week. I became very tired but remained committed to completing this program. I am looking forward to continuing to implement all parts of the program and coaching others. Thank you HoloBody!
