I started Holobody feeling pretty good at where I was at as far nutrition went but was lacking the fitness. My hope was to improve my baseline fitness and to get excited to exercise once again, I can honestly say that has been achieved and now not only enjoy exercise I am craving it if I have a few slower days. This is a big win for me :O)
Some challenges I faced along the way were resistance to exercise at the start but allowing myself a base minimum for a show-up session early was a game changer as once I started it got me in the mode often, than not. I got a few surprises in the elimination diet which shocked me saying bye-bye to eggs is tough one :o( but I will reevaluate in a few months as much had changed from the last one I did.
Surprisingly enough I believed in my head that the racing mode was going to be too much as I hate scheduling while I had some resistance at the start, I soon found out that the little bit of stress from it was a good thing as other areas in life also got scheduled and things got unbelievably easier.
Now I have time blocks that are flexible in nature to get work done. My biggest challenge along the way both at home in Canada and in Mexico was reliable internet :o( it really sucks to loose connection in the middle of a Q & A or a pod. I am still looking at ways around this, my phone has been used as a hot spot more then a few times zoom calls are a killer on data.
