"Today I have finally taken on my first client."

I had just made a massive career shift from a corporate job to acting. The 10X Certified Coach seemed perfect. As an actress my body is my instrument so it's important I take good care of it and I need a way to financially support my family between acting jobs. What I didn't account for ... finding confidence in going to the gym and even looking forward to it. I also had to confront some sabotaging beliefs I had buried about my body and safety for exerting my body following my dad's passing. Today I have finally taken on my first client, and as I see all their resistance coming up I have the confidence that I know exactly how to support them in their journey to reconnecting, and repairing their relationship with their body.
