But then I found Mindvalley, this platform is so doable anyone can do it and get the highest quality education I have ever seen! I have like 15 outside certificates and nothing compared to what I’ve learned with them. Now that I know the truth I am finally applying it and it has stopped me for gaining weight which I was a t alarming rate.
What am I doing to stop the weight gain? 1-2 10X (15-30 min) a week no I haven't changed my eating YET but can you imagine the difference it would make?
