"I have like 15 outside certificates and nothing compared to what I’ve learned with them"

Before I did 10X I thought that I had to have 1 hour+ to train 3X week or it wouldn’t be worth it and as a personal trainer that’s what I taught my clients as well. That it wouldn’t make a difference in your body if you don’t train 3hrs per week. So what ends up happening is you don’t have the energy nor time to do that so you don’t end up doing it at all let alone 3hrs/week. I ended up stopping for 3 years because life happened and everything started spiraling my eating and health. 
But then I found Mindvalley, this platform is so doable anyone can do it and get the highest quality education I have ever seen! I have like 15 outside certificates and nothing compared to what I’ve learned with them. Now that I know the truth I am finally applying it and it has stopped me for gaining weight which I was a t alarming rate. 
What am I doing to stop the weight gain? 1-2 10X (15-30 min) a week no I haven't changed my eating YET but can you imagine the difference it would make? 
It’s been almost a year now and just with 1 10X a week (if I count all the times I’ve missed) I managed to lose close to 6 lbs and 2 percent body fat! I can’t wait to see what I can do with a proper diet and a consistent 10X protocol.
